Here are some extra shop policies. Please read them, and if you have any questions please contact us.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you order something and aren’t happy with it, just return it and we’ll be glad to refund your payment minus any Etsy and transaction fees, but shipping will be up to you. We are also willing to alter an item (usually this is because of a sizing issue) for the cost of shipping, which is normally only a few dollars. If an item is sent but doesn’t get to you, contact the shipper as soon as possible and let us know as well so we can also contact them. We can generally replace something small like a stretchy maile bracelet or a keychain, but most items over $15 can’t be re-made that quickly. If packages have a nasty habit of vanishing off of your doorstep (we lived in an area like that once, so we understand) or you are at all concerned about receiving your order please let us know and we can adjust the shipping accordingly by adding insurance and/or signed delivery confirmation.

Privacy Policy

We of Rabbit Dance Designs will never share or sell any of your personal information with a third party. At the most, if you send us a photo of yourself or another person wearing our creations, we will ask if we can post the image in our gallery but we will not post your name, location, etc. If you like, we can even crop or alter the image to remove the wearer’s face. We like our privacy, and respect the privacy of others, as well.
