Where we get our supplies, various instruction pages, and other things that may or may not relate to maile.

Suppliers
The Ring Lord
- THE place to get your maile supplies. We love our ring-making friends from the North.
(Hint: Take it from me - If you're looking to try maile yourself, 16 gauge, 3/8" rings are an ideal size to learn on.)

Fire Mountain Gems - For the bead addicts
Tandy Leather Factory - A great additional resource for those looking to expand their skills. They have a lot of locations in the US, so check to see if there's one near you.

Instructions

Derakon's Library - Some of my favorite instruction sets, and a great place for beginners
CGMaille - Mailler Phong goes over some of the more exotic weaves, including some of his own creation. For the intermediate to advanced mailler

Community

M.A.I.L. - An on-line community for maillers, with a forum, articles, gallery... Everything a good community needs.
deviantART - Don't let the name fool you. It's a friendly community with over a million different artists, featuring a huge variety of media. There are clubs devoted to metalworking, and a large number of maillers. Be inspired, post your own works, make friends, and get some honest critique, regardless of the art you do.

If you're curious, I'm on DA as Crazed Fangirl.
